Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos

  • Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, 1 cup salsa verde, 8 corn tortillas, 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco, 1 avocado (sliced).
  • Steps:
    1. Place chicken and salsa verde in a slow cooker. Cook on low 4–6 hours until tender.
    2. Shred chicken, mix with sauce.
    3. Warm tortillas, fill with chicken, top with avocado and queso fresco.
  • Serve: Warm, with lime wedges.
