Salsa Verde Baked Eggs

  • Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1/2 cup salsa verde, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped).
  • Steps:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 4 ramekins.
    2. Spoon 2 tbsp salsa verde into each ramekin. Crack 1 egg into each, top with 1 tbsp cheese.
    3. Bake 12–15 minutes until egg whites set.
    4. Garnish with cilantro.
  • Serve: Hot, with toast.
