Salsa Verde Baked Eggs
- Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1/2 cup salsa verde, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped).
- Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 4 ramekins.
- Spoon 2 tbsp salsa verde into each ramekin. Crack 1 egg into each, top with 1 tbsp cheese.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until egg whites set.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve: Hot, with toast.
